Anna Carolina Aranha

Carolina has worked for almost 20 years in the areas of new business development, marketing, planning, and management in companies such as Credicard, Telefonica, and Microsoft. In the latter, in a 9-year career in Brazil and Latin America, she was responsible for different business areas in B2B and B2C segments.

In 2012 she founded Impactix Consulting, specialized in promoting the socio-environmental impact ecosystem in the country.

 

In this market, she has been working on projects such as impact investment funds structuring, socio-environmental impact projects development for large companies, Foundations and Institutes, and strategic projects in the sector such as FORImpact. Since then, she has mentored more than 70 startups in developing business models, strategic planning, and investor negotiations.

Carolina was also a co-founder of Pipe Social, the largest impact business platform in Latin America, and supported, as a mentor, different accelerators such as Acelera Partners (Microsoft), Innovativa (MDIC, Sebrae, and CERTI), Endeavor, SP Stars, Social Good and programs like Startup Brasil. She also acts as a board member for different organizations - Fundo Azimut, Catraca Livre, Sumá, Impact Bank, and Impact Investment Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC / Pipe), among others.

 

Carolina graduated from ESPM, with postgraduate degrees in Business from U.C. Berkeley, International Business from U.C.L.A., and fellowship at Stanford University (Silicon Valley ecosystem immersion program).
